Fronted adverbials, sentence 1

«We went home later that day.» When you move it to the very front of the sentence, it becomes a fronted adverbial: «Later that day, we went home.» Then it is followed by a comma, like a little pause before the main news.

Who acts: We, you, more, comma · What happens: go, move, become, front, follow · To what, where: more, very front, fronted adverbial · Speech: someone speaks here

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R5-strong ×1, R6-punct-agree ×3, R7-rel-agree ×1. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
