Commas: lists, clauses and clarity, sentence 4

Commas are not sprinkles either: "The, dog, ran, quickly" is just noise; and in texts people use them loosely ("omg, wait, lol, ok"), which is fine for texting, while school writing follows the rules.

Who acts: Commas, dog, people, school writing · What happens: not be, run, be, use, wait, follow · To what, where: sprinkles, noise, texts, rules · Speech: someone speaks here

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R5-strong ×1, R6-punct-agree ×3, R7-rel-agree ×2. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
