Weather emergencies, sentence 2

A hurricane in Florida brings huge winds, rain and a rise of the sea called a storm surge; you leave if told to, stay indoors away from windows, and never walk or drive through flood water, because just 15 centimetres of fast water can knock you off your feet.

Who acts: hurricane, rise, you, 15 centimetres, sea · What happens: bring, call, leave, tell, stay, not walk · To what, where: huge winds, storm surge, flood water, you · Speech: someone speaks here

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R3-conj-first ×1, R7-rel-agree ×3. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
