Off with her head and the finest house on the river: Alice and Toad, sentence 10

Alice goes on «I wouldn't say anything about it, even if I fell off the top of the house!» and Carroll adds «(Which was very likely true.)» — a dark joke: after such a fall she wouldn't be able to say anything.

Who acts: Alice, Carroll · What happens: go on, not say, fell off, add, be, not be · To what, where: anything, top · Speech: someone speaks here

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R6-punct-agree ×2, R7-rel-agree ×2. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
