Solomon and the Queen of Sheba: one story in many books, and the legends of the ring and the jinn, sentence 15

In Kipling's tale the Butterfly boasts to his wife that if he stamps his foot Suleiman's palace will vanish, and she tests him by telling him to do it; Balkis helps so that his wife believes him and he is not shamed, he never boasts again, and Suleiman laughs but keeps the secret: wise people can stop a boast without shaming the boaster.

Who acts: Butterfly, palace, Balkis, wife, Suleiman, wise people · What happens: boast, stamp, vanish, test, tell, do · To what, where: wife, tale, foot, Butterfly, secret, boast · Speech: someone speaks here
