How a factory works: belts, robots, checks and people, sentence 15

A forklift truck lifts pallets on two steel forks, and a heavy counterweight at the back, which can weigh as much as a small car, stops it tipping forward; forklifts are quiet and turn sharply, so near them people keep to the marked walkways and never stand under a raised load.

Who acts: forklift truck, heavy counterweight, forklifts, people · What happens: lift, weigh, stop, tip, be, turn · To what, where: pallets, two steel forks, car, raised load

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R7-rel-agree ×3. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
