sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: In Proverbs and Isaiah, confused describes the mind or speech of a drunk person, muddled and unclear. Priests and prophets reel and totter in judgment because of wine. Interpretation: In Sefer Yetzirah, the letters must be kept distinct, since each has its own sound, place and meaning. The prophets warn that leaders who drink cannot judge clearly. In the primary lessons: In school, it is fine to feel confused; asking a question is the best way to learn ("I'm confused about step 2"). In maths, people are often confused by similar things: area and perimeter, or 0.5 and 5%. In health and safety, sudden confusion in someone, like not knowing where they are after hitting their head, can be a sign of illness or injury — get an adult or call for help. In stories, a confused character shows the reader that things are puzzling. Phrases: "confused about", "get confused", "confused with", "a confused look".
