sense in the lessons
In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: It means being brought into a wide, roomy place, which is a picture of relief and rescue. It is the opposite of being in straits. Interpretation: This verse is read as an image of rescue, with God taking a person out of a tight place into freedom. It is part of the Hallel psalms said on festivals. In the primary lessons: In maths: enlargement by a scale factor — every length is multiplied by the same number (scale factor 2 doubles each side; area becomes 4 times bigger). In art and photography: enlargements of photos. In everyday life: enlargement of a building or a school. Phrases: «scale factor of enlargement», «centre of enlargement», «an enlargement of».
