sense in the lessons
In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: Isaiah says a seraph touched his mouth with a glowing coal from the altar. The coal burned hot and bright. Interpretation: The tradition reads the burning coal as cleansing Isaiah's lips so he could speak for God. It is read as forgiving his sin. In the primary lessons: In science, some things glow because they are hot (embers, a light bulb filament), and some animals glow by themselves (fireflies, some sea creatures — bioluminescence). Glow-in-the-dark toys store light and give it back slowly. In stories, glow creates a warm or mysterious mood. Phrases: glow in the dark, glow with pride, the glow of the fire, a warm glow, glow-worm.
