«numerical» in Mova's judaism dictionary: To do with numbers or shown in numbers — its meaning for a pupil, its sense in the lessons and examples.

part of speech

sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: Gematria is the Jewish practice of finding meaning in the number value of Hebrew letters and words. Interpretation: Westcott says each letter suggests a number, and a group of letters has a number meaning as important as its plain meaning. In the primary lessons: In maths, «numerical order» means arranging by number value; «numerical answer» means an answer as a number; «numerical data» are numbers you can measure or count (as opposed to words or categories). In science, results in tables are numerical. Phrases: «numerical order», «numerical value», «numerical data», «numerical answer».
