sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: Achan (Achar) was called the troubler of Israel because he took forbidden goods and brought defeat. Ahab also called Elijah this. Interpretation: Tradition reads Achar's story as a warning that one person's sin can harm everyone. Elijah's reply to Ahab is that the real troubler is the king who abandoned God.
