This is Zechariah 7:5 from Mova's open Bible corpus, the Tanakh in three languages (Nevi'im — the Prophets). 'Speak unto all the people of the land, and to the priests, saying: When ye fasted and mourned in the fifth and in the seventh month, even these seventy years, did ye at all fast unto Me, even to Me?

אֱמַר לְכָל עַמָא דְאַרְעָא וּלְכַהֲנַיָא לְמֵימַר אֲרֵי צַיְמִין אַתּוּן וְסָפְדִין בְּחַמְשָׁא וּבִשְׁבִיעָאָה דְנַן שַׁבְעִין שְׁנִין הֲצוֹם תַּעֲנִי אַתּוּן מִתְעַנִין קָדָמָי:
