Reasoning about the body moving in the world, sentence 2

Grip (friction) between your shoes and the ground is what lets you push, turn and stop; ice has a very thin, slippery wet layer on top, so there is little grip, and you walk on it like a penguin: small flat steps, weight over your front foot, hands out of your pockets.

Who acts: Grip, you, ice, little grip · What happens: be, let, push, turn, stop, have · To what, where: thin slippery wet layer, top, ground

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R3-conj-first ×1, R8-pos-agree ×1. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
