Posture, screens and resting your eyes, sentence 2

When you stare at a screen your eyes focus close for a long time and you blink less, so they get tired and dry; the 20-20-20 rule helps: every 20 minutes look at something about 20 feet (6 metres) away for 20 seconds.

Who acts: you, eyes, 20-20-20 rule · What happens: stare, focus, blink, get, help, look

The tree: Mova annot: Rust (en) → Haiku 5.5 (medium, Batches API) patches; gates UD 2.18; agreed by treeagree rules (Stanza, Trankit, spaCy trf): R5-strong ×1. The frames are read from the tree by Mova's frames reader (prag) when this page is built, the lesson read in order, so a pronoun may be resolved from an earlier sentence.
