His son Yaroslav the Wise built Saint Sophia, gathered books, began the law code Ruska Pravda and married his daughters to kings, so Anna of Kyiv became Queen of France; Danylo calls him «father-in-law of all Europe», which is too much, but three royal marriages are still remarkable.
