The age line is not a cleverness test: a 9-year-old may know more about planets than Uncle Steve, but the rule is drawn at an age so it is the same for everyone, famous or not, rich or poor.

This is a sentence of the lesson «Who can vote, and why children cannot» of the politics course of Mova's primary school. One row per clause the reader finds. «not said here»: a role filled from the clause above. «roles by»: a VerbNet class and frame when one fits the verb, else the reader's rules on the tree.
