It started small after his gran moved away; week by week it got greyer; he said "fine" a hundred times; when he finally told his mum he cried for an hour, then slept better than he had for weeks; with the family doctor and a school counsellor, it lifted slowly over months, and he started football again bit by bit.

This is a sentence of the lesson «Getting help: when sadness or worry won't go away» of the reflection course of Mova's primary school.
