sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: In the Song of Songs it means to rouse someone, especially love, before the right time. Interpretation: Tradition reads the Song as a picture of God's love for Israel. The warning not to "awaken love until it please" is understood as a call to wait for God's time and not to force the redemption. In the primary lessons: Mostly in stories, poems and formal writing; in everyday talk people say «wake up». Science: animals awaken from hibernation in spring. «A rude awakening» means suddenly finding out something unpleasant.
