sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: In the Torah it often means a dead body, which makes a person unclean. It also means the living body of a person, as in Psalms and Proverbs, and "of his body" means one's own children. Interpretation: Touching a dead body brings the strongest uncleanness, so priests and Nazirites must avoid it. Tradition sees this as honouring life as holy and keeping death away from the place of worship. In the primary lessons: In science, the human body has parts and systems (bones, muscles, heart, lungs, brain) that work together; healthy food, sleep and exercise keep it strong. In safety: your body belongs to you; private parts are private. In science, "body" can mean any object, like a planet. Phrases: body parts, body of water, human body, body language, somebody, nobody.
