sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: It means a doorway or gateway, such as that of a city or the Temple. In Ezekiel it is the entrance of the gates of the future Temple. Interpretation: Ezekiel's vision of the Temple has exact measures for its gates and rooms. Tradition reads this as a picture of a future holy place. The city gate was where judges sat and wisdom called out. In the primary lessons: In school: dictionary entries, diary entries, competition entries. In maths: an entry in a table or chart is one value. In everyday life and safety: No entry signs, entry tickets and fees. Phrases: no entry, entry fee, gain entry, diary entry, entry form.
