sense in the lessons
In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: In the Torah, killing someone "unawares" means by accident, without hatred or plan. Interpretation: Tradition says an accidental killer may flee to a city of refuge, where he is safe from the dead person's avenger. In the primary lessons: In stories it builds suspense: the reader knows something the character does not («He was unaware of the danger»). In safety lessons: be aware, not unaware, of traffic and strangers. Phrases: «unaware of», «unaware that», «take someone unawares».
