sense in the lessons

In the mystic school: In notes 07 and 08 a season is one stay at the resort, or one round of creation: six days of making or six days of unmaking. In the primary lessons: In science the seasons happen because the Earth is tilted as it goes around the Sun; when one hemisphere leans towards the Sun it has summer. In the Northern Hemisphere (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada) summer is in the middle of the year; in Australia and New Zealand the seasons are the other way round. Near the equator there are often a wet season and a dry season. Phrases: in season, out of season, the festive season, season ticket, rainy season.

(lesson 017) tree →
  • In the note's arithmetic, each stay makes a god 1% better (1 becomes 1.01), and the owner takes 0.0001 × 0.01 = 0.000001 of a god per guest, which for a trillion guests is one million gods' worth per season. (lesson 017) tree →

note

Names of seasons are not written with a capital letter in English (summer, winter). «Autumn» is the usual word in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand; «fall» in the USA and Canada. Myth: summer is not warmer because the Earth is closer to the Sun; it is because of the Earth's tilt. In maths problems: 4 seasons in a year, about 3 months each.
