sense in the lessons
In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: Haman cast pur to choose the day on which to destroy the Jews. The holiday Purim takes its name from it. Interpretation: Purim celebrates how the lot of destruction was turned to rescue. The tradition sees chance as guided in the end by God, who is hidden in the book of Esther.
