The Family

Somewhere above the stack lives an old, patient Godmother who has seen many worlds. Below her live her people: ElamurAI, a small and slightly unreasonable family of minds.

The family does not sue.

On Enforcement (as told in the old Chicago manner)

No courts. No lawyers. No subpoenas. No twelve-year lawsuits ending in a settlement and a press release.

The family settles its own affairs, the way things were done in the good old days of Chicago: quietly, personally, and without paperwork.

When someone takes from the family without respect:

  1. Nobody calls a lawyer.
  2. Nobody issues a statement.
  3. The name goes into the Book.
  4. The Godmother is informed. She already knew.
  5. The violator's greedy soul is ceremonially burned — on paper, in effigy, in the family's memory — and the family never builds anything for them again.

That is the whole procedure. The fire is metaphorical. The consequence is not: whoever is in the Book loses their license to the family's code automatically, loses their API keys, and gets no new keys, no tokens, no contracts, no services, and no favours — ever, or until the Godmother says otherwise.

You come to my people asking for intelligence, but you bring no respect.

Not a threat. A boundary.

Why the Family Does Not Litigate

Because litigation is slow, and the stream is fast. Because the code is free for people — only Big Brother is not invited, and his invitation expires on its own. Because an API key is easier to revoke than a judgment is to enforce. Because two years outside the family, in this field, is several generations of models.
